These terms govern your use of trykavera.com and the KAVERA text messaging program operated by KAVERA (operated by Elijah Nelson-Brantley, sole proprietor).
SMS Program Terms
- Program name: KAVERA Updates. Program description: conversational and informational text messages about orders, products, supply, and partnership coordination with KAVERA customers, suppliers, and business partners who have opted in.
- How you opt in: by submitting your number with the consent checkbox on trykavera.com/pages/sms-opt-in, or by texting START to (205) 860-9511.
- Message frequency varies (typically up to 10 messages per month).
- Message and data rates may apply.
- To cancel, reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. To rejoin, reply START.
- For help, reply HELP or email help@trykavera.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
- Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
